Shipping policy

Puzzles: In most cases, orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of when the order is placed.

Prints:  Every print is made to order, so please allow 3-5 days for production after your order is placed.    

We provide Flat Rate $6 per order USPS Priority Mail shipping to addresses in the United States.  We offer Free Shipping on orders of $60 or more.  We use only trackable shipping methods. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for puzzles, and FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail for prints, depending upon current rates and your location.  All Free Shipping offers are valid only for orders being shipped to addresses in the United States.  We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States. 

Here are our estimated delivery times for standard shipping after an item leaves our facility:

USA: 2-5 business days  

Please note that items may ship separately.  

International shipping:

We do not ship internationally.  In the event that an exception is made, please note that international shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

We only use trackable shipping methods.

If your order didn't arrive, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and to make sure that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we will be happy to send another order to the correct address. However, it will have to be at your cost.
