Pricing

We commission custom artwork from well-known artists at great expense, which we use for specialty products that appeal to limited audiences. Our fun, yet accurate, island maps take months of hard work to produce. We do small production runs, use premium quality puzzle board and manufacture in the USA. Finally, to make things easier for our customers, we include free USPS Priority Mail shipping in the price. Shipping is very expensive for independent retailers, and our average cost to ship a puzzle exceeds $10.   

Shipping

In most cases, orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of when the order is placed. 

Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 days after the item has shipped.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is fast, reliable and trackable.    

Customer Service

Yes we can! Although it is very rare for a new puzzle to have a missing piece, it can happen. If you are missing a puzzle piece, please contact us at customerservice@islandfuninc.com. If you email a few pictures of the completed puzzle showing where the piece is missing from, we should be able to identify the proper replacement piece, which we will send to you at no charge.
