Shipping
In most cases, orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of when the order is placed.
Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 days after the item has shipped.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is fast, reliable and trackable.
If you would like to have a puzzle shipped to a Canadian address, please visit the website of our Canadian retailer Jigsaw Jungle.
Customer Service
Yes we can! Although it is very rare for a new puzzle to have a missing piece, it can happen. If you are missing a puzzle piece, please contact us at customerservice@islandfuninc.com. If you email a few pictures of the completed puzzle showing where the piece is missing from, we should be able to identify the proper replacement piece, which we will send to you at no charge.
