Refund policy

RETURNS
We hope you love your puzzle or print, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept most returns within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note that items being returned must be in their original condition with receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please email us at customerservice@islandfuninc.com or call 1-800-664-2026 to make arrangements for your return or exchange. You must contact us for a return authorization number before mailing the item to us. 

SHIPPING
To return your item, please mail it to: Island Fun Inc., 4900 Carlisle Pike, Suite 411, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.   All returned items must be shipped to us via a trackable shipping method and accompanied by a return authorization number.  If you are shipping items valued over $75, you may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
